The service
DemoFit (the “Service”) helps software vendors' presales teams prepare demonstrations inside their own real product: it reads the context of a deal, proposes what to show and prepares the demo environment.
Your accounts
Your organization is responsible for the accounts it is given, for keeping passwords confidential and for all use made with them. Tell the Publisher straight away if you believe an account has been used by someone else.
Your documents and your product
The documents you upload and the information in your product remain yours. They are used only to provide the Service to your organization, are never shared with another customer and are never published.
Human control
DemoFit proposes and prepares; your team keeps the final decision on what is shown to a prospect. Check a demo before you present it.
Acceptable use
You will not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass its access controls, or use it in breach of applicable law or of your own agreements with your clients.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect damages, nor for decisions made on the basis of what the Service proposes.
